This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Gaelic Games, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is committed to supporting coaches and players at all levels. The CPDM will play a key role in advancing coaching standards, supporting player development pathways, and promoting participation throughout the club and local schools.

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, a great communicator, and someone who brings both structure and inspiration to our coaching and games programs. You will work closely with our Club Executive, Coaching Committee, Clare GAA’s GPO, and local schools to create a sustainable and high-performing development framework rooted in the values of the GAA.
