Please see the attached poster detailing our series of Academy Weeks taking place throughout the Summer holidays, which we'd appreciate you sharing within your coaching/family/friend groups.

Furthermore our Games Development Officer, Mark O'Donnell, will be popping into all schools in the coming days, to advertise & promote our Academy Weeks prior to the break-up for Summer Holidays.

Additional Academy Weeks Information:
- Our 4-day Academy Weeks will take place July 3rd-6th, July 24-27th and August 21st-24th, at the GAA Club & Grounds.
- Mark will be coordinating the running of these Academy Weeks and all coaches are qualified & garda vetted.
- All codes of GAA (Gaelic football, hurling, camogie, ladies football & rounders) will be coached, as per the club ethos of "All codes - dual player - one club."
- All primary school pupils are welcome to attend, whether a member of WTNS or otherwise.
- We are especially looking forward to meeting non-members who may like to sample GAA outside of their School Coaching Programme, and thus wish to join the club on the completion of the week.
- We hope to have a number of special guest coaches from the respective County Senior Panels.
- There will be also be prizes for Player of the Day and Most Improved Player Award.
- Children attending the camp are advised to wear appropriate sports clothing/PE gear (spare change of clothes in the case of poor weather), bring a packed lunch & plenty fluids, and their hurley/helmet if owed.
- We are encouraging parents/guardians to book online through Eventbrite.ie, which will be going live in the coming days.
- Furthermore registration (for those who don’t book online) will take place each Tuesday morning from 9:30am onwards.
